Single & Single Parent Ministry

The mission of the Singles and Single Parent Ministry of RCC follows the same mission set down by the leadership and corporate Body of RCC: "To seek the lost and strengthen the saved."

The term "single" for God's Gifts ministry is referring to any person who is not legally married and not younger than 18 years of age. The term "single parent" for God's Gift ministry is referring to any person who is raising children/grandchildren alone - a one parent household.

OUR GOALS: With a scripture reference of Eph. 5:16...redeeming the time, knowing that the days are evil therefore encouraging all singles and single parents to use TODAY to the fullest ultimately for the sake of the Kingdom of God, not living their lives in a "holding pattern" waiting for "it: that will finally start their lives.

• Emphasis wholeness of Single life in Christ.
• Encourage singles who are trusting God for their mates as well as affirm singles who have no desire to be married.
• Be an inviting haven for singles saved & unsaved alike.
• Draw the unsaved by discussing issues that are pertinent to all singles, regardless of the state of their souls, with the express intent on making the unsaved "thirsty" to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
• Partner with other singles' ministries of like faith.
